What this service covers
A retaining wall is a structural element, not a stack of blocks. We pour proper footings, grout cells solid over vertical rebar, and install drain rock with perforated pipe behind every wall so hydrostatic pressure has somewhere to go. How the job runs
Assess the Grade
We look at retained height, soil, and drainage to determine whether the wall needs engineering and a permit.
Footing
A reinforced concrete footing is excavated and poured with vertical dowels set at the correct spacing.
Lay & Grout
Block is laid to line, horizontal steel is placed in bond beams, and cells are grouted solid around the vertical bar.
Drain & Backfill
Drain rock and perforated pipe go in behind the wall, then backfill is placed and compacted in lifts.
