We are not a call centre routing your job to whoever is available. JMV Concrete Inc. is a working contractor with its own shop, its own crews, and a founder who came up through the trade placing and finishing concrete himself.
Learning concrete from the ground up
Jorge Muñoz Velasquez came up through the trade on job sites across the Inland Empire, working every stage of the process — demolition, grading, forming, tying steel, placing, and finishing. That hands-on grounding is why the crew still does its own prep rather than subbing it out to whoever is cheapest.
JMV Concrete Inc. opens in Upland
The company was formed to do concrete work the way it should be done, out of a shop on 894 West 15th Street in Upland. Being locally based is not a marketing line — it is why an estimate usually happens within a day or two and why crews are not burning half the morning in traffic.
Adding general construction
Clients kept asking whether we could carry a project past the foundation. Holding a general construction licence alongside the concrete work means kitchens, bathrooms, additions, ADUs, and tenant improvements all run under one contractor — which removes the gaps between trades where projects usually stall.

We now work across 20 cities within about 30 miles of the shop, from Yorba Linda up through Pasadena and La Cañada Flintridge. Residential, commercial, and everything in between — with the same free estimate and the same written scope on every job.
