Most concrete fails from underneath, not from the top. We strip organics, regrade, and compact in lifts before a single form goes down — because no finish quality rescues a slab sitting on loose fill.

Rebar lying on the dirt does almost nothing. Ours goes on chairs at the spacing your drawings call for, so the steel actually sits inside the slab and carries the tension it was specified for.

Before we pour we map where storm and irrigation water actually moves across your property, then set slopes and drains so it leaves — instead of pooling against your foundation or garage.

We hold a general construction license alongside the concrete work. Foundation, framing, and finish can run under one contractor, which removes the gaps where projects usually stall.

If a sealant and a few hundred dollars will fix your slab, we will tell you that instead of selling a pour. A recommendation you can trust is worth more than one job.

We run out of our own shop in Upland. You get the same crew, a real phone number, and follow-through after the concrete has cured.
